Getting to Oxford
From within the UK, Oxford can be reached via train or coach.
From abroad, Oxford is in convenient distance to the following airports:
Heathrow Airport
Frequent coach service from terminal 5 and the central bus station; 90-minute journey. £29 for a return ticket.
Gatwick Airport
Frequent coach service from North and South terminals; 2.5-hour journey. £37 for a return ticket. 
Birmingham International
Direct, hourly train link from the airport to Oxford; 1-hour journey. About £37 for an advance return ticket.
Via London
The Oxford Tube and X90 offer regular coach services from London; 100-minute journey. £20 for a return ticket.
Staying in Oxford

A number of single bedrooms at various colleges have been reserved for conference guests. Please indicate on the online conference registration form whether you would like to book one of these rooms for the nights of the 23rd and 24th of June (preference will be given to speakers). Rooms are priced at £60 (en suite) or £41.40 (shared bathroom) per night and include breakfast as well as internet access.
